Helexia
International group specialised in the energy transition, active since 2010. It reports more than 450 people across 9 international subsidiaries and, as of 31 December 2025, 520 MW in operation producing 1,890 GWh.
What we do together. They are our principal partner: we act as advisors for Southern Italy. With them we work on operating lease structures, PPAs and turnkey delivery of large-scale plants.
Golden Bridge Service
Italian company based in Milan with over thirty years of history, and official Italian partner of DEC — Dongfang Electric Corporation, one of the world's largest energy groups across wind, hydro and nuclear power.
What we do together. With them we work primarily on BESS storage — the technology that stores generated power and releases it when it is needed, or when it is worth more.
Exalto Energia
Italian ESCo — Energy Service Company — based in Rome, active since 2008 and present nationwide through a partner network. It holds the certifications required to work with public authorities.
What we do together. With them we handle energy community projects and work involving public bodies, alongside large-scale plant development and utility-scale land scouting.
Why we are telling you who we work with
Because it is the most important thing we can tell you. Anyone can say they develop energy projects. What makes the difference is who stands behind them: who puts up the capital, who holds the technology, who is certified to deal with a public authority. We built that chain.
